From January 20-29th, Bauhaus Restaurant invites you to dine out with us in Vancouver. Our own Michelin-starred Stefan Hartmann will pay tribute to famous chefs Marco Pierre White and Juan Amador by preparing two different menus inspired by their respective culinary styles. Tickets are $95 per person (excluding beverages) for 6-courses and you get to choose either the Marco Pierre White or the Juan Amador menu. Tickets can be purchased through Dine Out Vancouver.
January 20-22 - Marco Pierre White is a world-class chef, restaurateur, and celebrity who has been referred to as “the godfather of modern cooking.” He has made invaluable contributions to contemporary British cuisine, including the popularization of celebrity chef culture, training notorious TV personalities Gordon Ramsay and Curtis Stone. He is the youngest chef to have ever been awarded three Michelin stars. January 28-30th - Juan Amador is one of the world’s best chefs, preparing fresh interpretations of classic Spanish cuisine. His restaurant Amador in Mannheim, Germany was honoured with an astounding three Michelin stars, which he has maintained since 2011. He compares cooking to music: “Writing a new song, performing it and then to have the feedback, either positive or negative, is very similar to what we do in the kitchen.” Comments are closed.
