Join Bauhaus Restaurant on Tuesday, October 27th for a five-course dinner celebrating LeVieux Pin's 10th anniversary.
Who doesn't love elegant wine paired with savoury German cuisine? On October 27th, Bauhaus Restaurant is proud to celebrate LeVieux Pin's 10th anniversary with a special five-course winemaker's dinner.
Guests will enjoy premium bottles from LeVieux Pin, which uses traditional and French winemaking techniques, paired with the savoury contemporary German dishes from Chef Stefan Hartmann. Just a few of the wines included in our dinner will be a 2014 Vaïla Pinot Noir Rosé, a 2012 & 2014 Ava (Viognier, Roussanne, and Marsanne blend), and the recently released flagship wine, a 2012 Équinoxe Syrah.
The five-course meal will include traditional and contemporary German dishes, such as Quail Crépinette, Smoked Sturgeon, and Braised Beef Cheeks. And our fantastic partnership with LeVieux Pin will ensure each course is paired with the perfect wine.
